Refund policy

Return policy 
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, and in original packaging - all tags must be still attached. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products for return or exchange that are intimate e.g swimwear, unless protective labelling is still attached.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards 
-  health and personal care items e.g soaps, suncream, lip balms etc

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
After the 21 days unfortunately no refunds or exchanges are available unless item is deemed faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds  
If you have received a confirmation of refund and haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card/applicable payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them. There is often some processing time between us confirming the refund and before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded at any time. However contact us as if we can exchange sizes we will, shipping will be at customers expense. 

Faulty Goods exchanges
We are happy to repair / exchange items if they are defective or faulty as per each individual brands exchange conditions. If you feel your item is faulty please send us an email with photos to katelancelinsurf@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 48hours.

Return Shipping 
To return your product, please contact us first and wait for reply. Then send to Lancelin Surf, Shop 2/3 127 Gingin Road, Lancelin WA 6044, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping paid will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cant guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
